Single Fixtures are independent rails that may be installed with Integral Power or Remote Power. Integral Power may be ordered with an End Feed Kit (see Step 18, Options)
Multiple Fixtures with Integral Bus is a single, linear Integral Power enclosure that houses all drivers and electrical connections for multiple suspended ZipThree rails. It attaches directly to a ceiling. Multiple rails can be installed quickly and precisely and fed with a single line voltage connection through the top or endcap using an End Feed Kit (see Step 18, Options). Specify the length of the Integral Bus in Step 4, Overall System Length.

For Multiple Fixtures with Integral Bus, specify the total length of all rails and gaps using the SubCode. Vode recommends a minimum 6” gap between rails. Standard gap lengths are in 6" increments. Total length of all rails and gaps must be equal to “Overall System Length” in Step 4. Multiple Fixtures with Integral Bus system may start and/or end with a gap, if desired. Use the prefix “G” to specify gaps.

Vode power locations fall into three categories: integral, portable and remote.
Integral Power:
Integral power means the power supply is located in a surface-mounted driver housing or recessed Vode junction box. Arms or cords connect rails to the driver housing.
Portable Power:
Portable Power means the power supply is located in a wall plug.
Remote Power:
Remote power means the power supply is located in an electrical enclosure mounted away from the rail and arm/cord assembly. Power supply enclosures and connections must be accessible after installation. One electrical enclosure is included for each power supply provided by Vode.
It is very important that power supplies are located within the maximum distance allowed. See Step 9, Power Supply, and consult the Vode Power Guide for more details.

Vode supplies one driver housing, one driver and one 25’ (7620mm), 2-wire harness per rail. Vode supplies two driver housings, two drivers and one, 25' (7620mm), 4-wire harness per ZipThree | Wall Mount rail. Vode supplies two driver housings, two drivers and two 25’ (7620mm), 2-wire harnesses per ZipThree | Ceiling Cable rail. Maximum wire harness lengths vary by lumen output requirements for Lutron Hi-Lume 1% Dimming (AH, AH2). Maximum wire harness lengths vary by lumen output and power supply type. Integral Power:
ZipThree | Ceiling Cable has one integral power housing and two drivers per rail section. ZipWave has one driver per fixture and quick connect cables to easily connect fixtures end-to-end. One 27" (686mm) wire harness for the power connection is supplied per ZipWave system.
Vode configures LED power to meet the requirements of your specification. Vode supplies drivers to match the designed load of your system. Drivers can be located up to 100' away from fixture. Consult driver specifications for exactly length. Remote distance is calculated using Vode provided 18 gauge wire harness.
It is very important that drivers are located within the maximum distance allowed. See Power Guide for maximum remote distance information.
Driver dimming curve is factory preset to linear. Logarithmic is available upon request.
